WHBL: Jolly Good is Eliminated in Semi-Final Round of Wisconsin’s “Coolest Things”

Jolly Good Soda is done with its run in a contest to decide the “Coolest Things Made in Wisconsin.”  The competition is sponsored by Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce and Johnson Financial Group in an annual contest that will conclude at 12:00 noon on October 19th.  The winner will be announced later that day at the WMC’s Business Day in Madison.

Jolly Good, a product of Krier Foods of Random Lake, had been seeded eighth in the tournament-style bracket, but lost in the most recent round to the number-one seed Volterra Pumper EV Fire Truck made by Pierce Manufacturing, Inc., of Appleton.  That truck, along with the Quidel Savanna diagnostic machine from Plexus Corporation of Neenah, the Tomberlin E-Merge Beachcomber beach transit vehicle from Columbia Vehicle Group of Reedsburg, and the Loadmaster 2X Harvesting Dump Cart from H&S Manufacturing of Marshfield, will be the field from which the winner will be picked by public vote that opens at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 13th.
