The intended use of the LUCY ThorX Phantom is for end-to-end QA of key aspects of radiation therapy processes including simulation, treatment planning, pre-treatment imaging and treatment delivery. The LUCY ThorX Phantom is a useful tool for SBRT QA with pseudo-anthropomorphic features of a human thorax along with multiple targets and dosimetric opportunities.
The LUCY ThorX is designed to meet critical testing standards such as AAPM TG-53 for treatment planning system (TPS) QA, TG-66 for CT Simulator QA, TG-142 for QA of medical linear accelerators, and other end-to-end commissioning and routine QA activities.
