Product Description

The coolest thing made in Wisconsin might require some heavy lifting. The cast iron that powers heavy industry nationwide is making more muscle for Americans. Blue Lakes Iron is a competition-quality cast iron kettlebell made in Waupaca, Wisconsin, at Waupaca Foundry. The kettlebells are made with the home gym user in mind and are designed to offer best-in-class to those who demand the best for weight training.

Blue Lakes Iron kettlebells are available in 5-pound increments from 15 to 45 pounds. They have a solid one-piece cast iron design with no welds or seams and are polished to a smooth finish with no rough edges. The bells are powder-coated for an excellent grip and a durable, rust-free finish that won’t chip or crack. They feature a comfortable grip, with a wide handle opening for performing exercises with either one hand or two—and that grip diameter is consistent even as the weight increases. A ribbed pattern is cast into both sides of the bell for better handling during multiplane functional exercises like goblet squats and presses. The flat bottom won’t rock, providing a solid base for confidently performing exercises such as renegade rows, pushups, and handstands.

The equipment is pro-quality thanks to the craftsmanship and detail found in all Waupaca Foundry iron castings. Most fitness weights are manufactured overseas and gel-coated to hide cosmetic flaws, but Blue Lakes Iron kettlebells are all American, which means we control our supply chain. The result? Now, your heavy lifting comes with peace of mind, knowing generations of foundrymen make iron castings—and kettlebells—the world uses and trusts.
