Handmade everyday in the 1913 kitchen using a special blend of our heirloom orchard apples, including our Kickapoo Spice apple. A buttery, golden crust is adorned with a bounty of sliced apples, crumbly streusel topping, and our 1913 Apple Cider Syrup, all baked to crispy perfection and topped off with a caramel drizzle. A rotating, six deck, Chicago style pizza oven is fired up daily to bake 36 mouthwatering pizzas at a time. Available daily warm out of the oven, carry out or frozen.
