Description: Screw Press Separator. Allows Dairy Farms to sustainably manage waste water from manure digestion and methane capture process. Manure Digester & Manure Lagoon solids are separated from remaining moisture. Separated solids become a ‘no-smell’ bedding for dairy cows. Separated liquids are spread on crop land on the Farm as a natural, nutrient-filled fertilizer. With 50 AL-INS Screw Press Separators installed on dairy farms from Wisconsin, Hawaii, New York to North Carolina, it is the only ‘Made and Tested in Wisconsin brand and the only ‘fully-built in the U.S.A.’ product in the industry. Distilleries separate grain after the distilling. Grain solids are used as feed for hog farms. Food manufactures use it to turn food waste into fertilizer.
